vSRX (formally Firefly Perimeter) is a virtualized firewall with so much more. This product is available for VMware vSphere 5.X versions. This VMware virtual machine provides firewall capabilities for your North & South traffic as well as NAT and VPN functionality. Built on the technology of our high performing physical firewalls, vSRX includes our IPS and UTM technology. vSRX also has clustering capabilities, allowing you to run the virtual machines in active/active mode ensuring incredible fault tolerance capabilities. Using this capability allows to to inheritently protect your virtual machines, your virtual servers, your applications, your virtual infrastructure without additional systems.
